Strategically optimal connections and large synergy effects were the basis of years of negotiations. Both partners complement each other superbly, both in terms of markets and product portfolios.

MAPCO Autotechnik GmbH was sold to an international group of companies. BBB Industries, LLC (BBB), a company founded in 1987 and headquartered in Daphne, Alabama, has acquired four companies in Europe since 2019, including Industrial Metalcaucho SLU, which acts as the lead company in Europe. With the acquisition of MAPCO, BBB enters Germany and continues to expand into new ones Product Categories and Regions.

The continued existence of the MAPCO brand and the company is very important to us. "We promise that, MAPCO will be in good hands," says BBB. With this promise we will shape the future. Together.
